It shouldn't take more than 2- business days to receive your
lashes.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Any orders made before 2pm get shipped same day.

Release of product will be not be dispatched unless payment is transferred and available on all payment methods.

We do have MUA & Bulk discounts. Minimum purchase for discount is 25 lashes in any range.
Lashes cannot be re-sold more than our RRP.

Other the MOST important fact that the actual source used and price, there is not much difference between the look and quality of our Faux Mink lashes v's real Mink lashes besides the fact that we do not use REAL mink fur.
Faux mink is man made using quality fibers to imitate the look of real mink fur.
We PRIDE ourselves on being 100% animal cruelty free. We are totally against animal cruelty and all our lashes are ethically sourced.
Our 3D Faux Mink are triple stacked and tapered at the end. The band is made of a mixture of cotton and thin synthetic strips, which allows lash to sit comfortably on the eye lid.
Our lashes are suitable to most eye shapes.

The 3D Silk and Human hair can be used around 4-9 times depending on care. Please note using mascara and sleeping face down on your lashes can shorten the longevity of your lashes. You can peel off at end of day, clean lash band gently and secure for reuse.
The 3D Faux Mink and Protein Silk, can be used up to 10-15 times depending on care of lashes and style. If you use mascara on your 3D Faux Mink this could change the texture and natural curve. Only use mascara if you plan to use for a function with no real purpose to re-use.
W I N K L A S H E S does not refund or exchange lashes that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.
If you have received damaged goods, a photo will be required to be forwarded to winklashesau@gmail.com and if approved, goods must be returned to us at own cost and refund will be sent to you .

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an Email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We normally confirm receipt of you order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send you your goods via post within 24 Hours depending if payment has cleared; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take little longer. We will notify for you by email this occurs.

Undelivered addresses does include incorrect /insufficient address, no P.O. Box number, refused or returned to the sender.
If you have processed an order and feel you need to rectify an error of address, please email winklashesau@gmail.com immediately after your processed your order to avoid any disappointments.

satisfied, you can return your product within 14 days . We only provide a full refund on returned items in which they way they were originally shipped.
